Our MISSION is to equip, educate, and empower underserved women through skill building, mentoring and providing access for women to reach their full potential. We are committed to helping women attain their personal definition of Success.

Our Women's Development Program key topics that allow women to share knowledge and skills, build a community, and most importantly, celebrate each other's achievements! Our programs include:

Statistically, women are increasingly pursuing higher education and entering the workforce in professional roles. However, gender disparities still exist in terms of leadership positions, pay equity, and access to sustainable career advancement opportunities. There is a growing recognition of the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with more emphasis on creating equitable opportunities for women to thrive.

At 3P's Connect, we want to tear down the barriers in accessing professional development opportunities that are due to gender bias, unequal access to resources, and family responsibilities. We recognize that progress is being made, but there is still work to be done. We want to offer ongoing support. Not only that, but we want to be more than transactional, we want to be a FOREVER resource. Our efforts include tailored programs specific to women.
